We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Founder of a dynamic YouTube and Digital Media company. This role is integral to ensuring the CEO operates efficiently and effectively, managing their professional obligations while keeping an eye on the exciting landscape of digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle correspondence and communications with stakeholders and partners.
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of digital media projects.
- Conduct research on digital content trends and insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO.
- Support community engagement efforts and manage online communications.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between teams and maintain a pulse on team progress.
- Manage various administrative tasks as needed to maintain efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including YouTube.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
